Payment Policy

  • As per the policy referred in the booking page, full or 50% of the total amount will be deducted from your credit card at the time of booking.
  • Amount once paid is non-refundable.
  • Payment transactions are encrypted by a secure payment system endorsed by a leading bank.
  • Payment can also be done via Visa & Master Card.
  • If you make payment using credit card of a different person, you agree that you have legal authorization from the credit card holder to make reservations on his behalf.
  • In case of any dispute between the hotel admin and customer.We will provide an alternate room or will refund the advance deposit if booking cancelled.
  • In case of a no-show by the customer for a scheduled departure, the company will not give the refund.

Reservation,Cancellation and Refund Policy

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly.
Check-in time is 12:00 PM, Check-out time is 12:00 PM.

  • Check-in time & check-out time is (24 hours during low season)and 10.00am during high season.
  • A guaranteed reservation will be held until 1800 hrs unless a late arrival is specified.
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservation by 30 days prior to arrival date.
  • In the unlikely event of our inability to accomodate you despite your holding a guaranteed reservation we will arrange alternate accomodation & transport you at our cost.


  • Below 5yrs free of charge without extra cot.
  • Above 5yrs extra person charge.
  • Food charges Rs.600per day inc buffet breakfast and diner (5-8 years).
  • Kindly note that the hotel staff reserve the right to use their own discretion in determining a child"s qualification for the above charges.


  • 20 days before arrival date 100% refund.
  • 10-20 days 50% refund.
  • 10 days before arrival NO refund
  • No refunds for early check-out during the stay.

Refund Policy

If client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days
When will I get a refund if I cancel my Hotel booking?
The refund is provided as per with our cancellation policy. This refund will be provided within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.
How will I get my refund if I cancel my Hotel booking?
The amount will not be refunded to your card or account immediately. You have to email us the cancellation reference number along with your valid bank account details. We will process the refund to you within 10 working days from the receipt of your email.
